Buffalo Chicken Wings
serving size: 4
Ingredients:
§ whole chicken wings
§ season salt
§ 3 ounces unsalted butter
§ 1 small garlic clove, minced
§ ¼ cup hot sauce
§ ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
Wings
§ Heat oven to 375°
§ Align wings on a cookie sheet, cover wings with season salt
§ Cook 1 hour-1½ hour or until fully cooked
Sauce
§ Melt the butter in a small bowl along with the garlic
§ Pour the hot sauce and salt into a bowl with the melted butter and garlic, stir
§ Toss wings in sauce or use on the side for dipping
Ranch Dressing
serving size: 1½ cup
Ingredients:
§ I cup mayonnaise
§ ½ cup sour cream
§ ½ teaspoon dried chives
§ ½ teaspoon dried parsley
§ ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
§ ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
§ ¼ teaspoon onion powder
§ ⅛ teaspoon salt
§ ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
§ In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
§ Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Very good! However, buffalo sauce is a little too garlicy for my preference, less garlic and it would be amazing!!
