Standing Rib Roast
Serving size: 6-8
Ingredients:
· 7 pound rib roast
· Montreal steak seasoning (any kind of steak seasoning is good)
Directions:
· Scar rib roast
· Roll standing rib roast in seasoning until completely covered
· Preheat oven to 350°
· Place rib roast in baking dish with just enough water to cover bottom of pan
· Place rib roast in oven, cook 13-17 minutes per pound (some have a pop-up timer)
· Slice to preferred thickness & enjoy!
Side Note:
· Vegetables can be roasted along with rib roast, placed in pan
